  2. Menguasai project management: mencari dan berkomunikasi dengan leads/client, dealing project, membuat dokumentasi requirement system, dll
  3. Terbiasa membuat proposal project, scope project dan timeline.
  4. Mampu mengontrol kinerja team melalui Project Leader.
  5. Memonitor dan evaluasi progress/laporan perkembangan project agar sesuai target dan timeline.
