Job Description
- Manage and process all sales transactions, from receiving orders to invoicing and filing related documents.
- Communicate with the sales team to ensure customer orders are processed in a timely manner, and coordinate with the logistics team for delivery of goods.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, and analyze data to support managerial decisions.
- Provide administrative support to customers, handle inquiries and complaints related to products or services.
- Maintain and update customer databases and related information to ensure accurate and up-to-date data.
